Brief Answer:
Acid reflux diesease can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

When you are lying down, the food from the stomach has an easier way to reach esophagus. Generally what you suffer from is an acid reflux disease. Due to loose connection between stomach and esophagus, stomach acid irritates the esophagus and can cause all mentioned by you symptoms. The symptoms might be much worse during the night especially if you eat right before sleeping.
Anxiety has also a great impact on stomach acid production. So it might be connected.

I suggest you to try diet modification at first. Avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol, chocolate, coffee, orange juices. Do not eat 2 hours before sleeping. Put an extra pillow under your head when sleeping.

If this wont help, you should consult gastrologist and have gastroscopy done.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
