What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Increased Abdominal Pressure During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi, I am 5 months pregnant, daily once or twice I had vomitting feeling.while doing vomitting I put a hard pressure on my belly.i am worried whether the pressure can harm the baby.

Increased intra abdominal pressure due to the nausea and vomiting will not cause any harm the fetus.
The fetus is inside the uterus and is surrounded by fluid which acts as a cushion.

All these factors prevents fetus to get affected by such increase in pressure.
