Brief Answer:
Looks like PID to me.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your symptoms make me think of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID), which might be causing you lower back and pelvic pain. For this you will have to see gynaecologist.Discuss this possibility with your doctor and get investigated for this so that treatment can be planned for this.

Nausea and vomiting can be due gastric disturbances, particularly if you are taking oral painkillers.Oral antacids and antiemetics can take care of this.

For PCOD , you will need long term hormonal treatment.

Hope this helps, please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
