Brief Answer:
Cant be food poisoning
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Your symptoms spread over a year long period and for sure it cant be due to food poisoning. yes, food allergy can be a possibility.
But I would like to ask you to undergo some tests before coming to a conclusion without any basis.
Do get a Complete blood count, ESR and CRP tests done. if done recently please do share the reports with me.
I shall wait for the reports.
We shall discuss once the reports are out.
regards,

ive had lots of labs, and allergy testing to ONLY include trees, mold, dog dander. period. lots of cbc's and CRP's ( if CRP is complete chem panel)? all normal
haven't had a ESR in almost 1 year, only the last one 1 year ago was just slightly elevated.
I take lisinopril HCL . metformin , depression meds, zurtec D , vit D, promethazine for nausea, hydrocodone, tramidol, and 2 omneprozole (pepsid)? 2x day. cardiac studies, (unremarkable).
I also seem to have to sleep 12 hrs/night. wake up somewhat rested, but I'm ready for bed right after dinner around 6 pm.
I don't drink much alcohol, and never with pain meds. ive had to try some pot for the nausea, because promethazine doesn't even touch my nausea.
pls help.

Brief Answer:
Please attach the reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
thanks for writing back.
Since your symptoms are not localized to a single system, I would need an assistance of lab tests to come out with a possible cause for the problem. The problem here I feel could be a generalized inflammatory process which could be due to allergy, infection, autoimmunity etc.
I need the test reports.
CRP is C-reactive protein. It is a phase reactants and marker of inflammation. A fresh new reading of ESR would be useful.
A platelet count, Bleeding time, clotting time, APTT etc are needed to understand your bleeding tendencies.
A complete white blood cell count with differential count is needed to rule out infection and autoimmunity.
Waiting for your response,
Please attach the reports
