What Causes Neck Pain Inspite Of Having Negative HIV Test?

I'm again so much worry,
i had vaginal sex with condom with prostitute 21 days ago.
i did hiv test after only 9days from the exposure, non reactive result.
but since that time i have pain in my neck and i can feel swelling in lymph nodes, also pain in the armpit, and some itching or uncomfortable.
today i have itching in multi areas of my body. and in my head scalp too. and there is few some pimples comes up.
I'm too scared thats its hiv or its symptoms.
now if turn or move my neck right or left like there is pain also under my armpits.
and i want to repeat the test tomorrow or after tomorrow.
I'm really so scared thats i have hiv. headache lymph node joints pain i have it until now and also fatigue.
and by the way i asked that girl to do hiv after 3 days from the sex and the result was non reactive.
but still I'm too much worry.. because i meet a doctor and he told me condom just effectiveness for the pregnancy not for STD and HIV. IM TOOO MUCH WORRY AND SCARED.
HIV Testing
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it
Protected vaginal sex is considered to be a safe sex as far as HIV is concerned however other STDs like Herpes, Genital warts, Molluscum can still be transmitted.
HIV is present in genital secretions and is transmitted through the mucosal tears/breaks during vaginal or anal sex but a condom which adequately covers the business end of the penis during sexual contact, is a good enough barrier against HIV because it prevents the contact of genital secretions with the penile mucosa(glans). Therefore you need not have to worry a lot about the symptoms which you have developed recently, as they may be unrelated.
Regarding HIV testing, it does'nt show up in the blood tests so early after sexual contact. In any case, I would suggest that you get yourself tested at least a month after the sexual encounter with an HIV Combo test which has 99.8% sensitivity in detecting HIV. If this comes out to be negative then a repeat test at 90 days after sexual contact is required to confirm the status.
Regarding the symptoms of itching, glandular swelling, headache, fatigue, I would suggest that you see a general practitioner OR Internal Medicine Specialist, as these symptoms could be due to a totally unrelated cause like viral Upper Respiratory Infection OR Viral Gastrointestinal Infection
