Question : having night sweats, shortness of breath, dizziness, bloody nose, blurred vision. Already being treated for bladder cancer.

Please call your oncologist. I suspect that you may have an infection

Welcome to HCM: Depending on the regimen that you have for your bladder treatment, you may be immunocompromised and have an infection. Please call you oncologist and or see your PCP or urgicare for blood work and make sure that you do not have sepsis due to bacteria or virus.
