What Causes No Bleeding Inspite Of Methrotrexate Shot?
Question: I recieved a methrotrexate shot on Dec 20th, due to being diagnosed with a eptopic pregnancy. I didnt experience any bleeding until about 23 days later. I believe the bleeding included my period being that it started off light and then very heavy. I also clotted multiple times in thd toilet when I had to pee. Everything seemed to be going ok until after sexual intercourse on March 16th, I experienced alot of bleeding immediately after, it stopped within minutes and I have been spotting ever since everday. I am not experiencing any pain, dizziness at times and everytime I pee abd wipe I see blood, I believe I am now seeing blood after a bowel movement. I was told this could possibly be tissue shedding from my uterus due to the eptopic I had. I am scared that something could haave ruptured even after recieving the shot , I read the symptoms for internal bleeding/ruptured eptopic and I do believe I had some shoulder pain, I am experiencing gas , Im dizzy at times but have no pain. What could be going on with me? I know my hormones arent normal but I know something isnt right.
Brief Answer:
yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As I had told you earlier this is bleeding due to endometrial tissue.
If ectopic was to continue or if ectopic pregnancy exists you would have been in serious trouble. But fortunately this bleeding is not associated with ectopic.
If you still doubt please get serum beta hCG blood test done to confirm If pregnancy still exists.
You can also get an ultrasound scan done to allay your fears and see a gynecologist for getting examination done.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi
Anal bleeding is no way associated with this. It could be due to constipation or anal fissure.
Please mention this when you see gynecologist.
