What Causes Non Retraction Of Foreskin?

default
Posted on Tue, 22 Jul 2014
Question: hi, i am a 28 year old male & just got married a couple of months back. had, or i should said tried to have sex with my wife. it was first time for both of us, although most of the questions related are already answered very satisfactorily, i have one. i may not be alone, but my penis is a little bent downwards at the tip. So along with the pain, i also have another problem of insertion since the foreskin does not retract back by itself. i want to know whether this is normal.
Secondly, i m unable to hold my erection for a long time, sometimes as little as 5 minutes. or may be even during foreplay i m 'out' due to arousal..

Brief Answer:
Could be due to Balano-posthitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXX,
Its quite common for prepucial skin to be adherent to glans. This occurs due to collection of smegma on the undersurface of prepuce causing it to be adherent to glans. Slight curvature of the penis is quite common. There is no cause for concern, if he erections are not painful.
Not able to hold eection for long time is due to pain ( There could be underlying Balanoposthitis : Inflammtion of glans and prepuce due to adhesion)

It would be very helpful if you could provide clinical photograph for further assessment. Also kindly provide me following additional information

1. When you mentioned you are out, did you mean you ejaculate?
2. Are you under stress?
3. Does your wife experience pain during attempt for penetration?
4. Does she experience any pain or discomfort?

Awaiting your reply.

Take CAre
