If worked up fully dont worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Nose bleeds are very common in children. The most common cause is nose picking which happens in most of us either knowingly or unknowingly.
But in your daughter's case, I would generally do a complete workup including nasal endoscopy, blood tests to rule out coagulation issues and blood pressure checks.
If all of these have been done and found normal, don't worry.
The nasal mucosa will stop bleeding as she grows.
Wishing her speedy recovery.

Apart from these also get her thyroid profile checked ( as she keeps a high body temp )
Wishing her speedy recovery.
