What Causes Nose Congestion?

Question: I have had stuffiness and congestion in both nostrils but in particular the right for about 5 weeks. I have used Sudafed spray which has helped but I know I cant use it long term and stopped - the congestion came back. I then tried pseudoephedrine tablets for 2 weeks. This also helped but the problem came back when I stopped usage, I have no known allergies and haven't had a cold since February

Don't use Sudafed spray , long term use itself cause nose stuffiness and congestion.
