What Causes Numb Feet, Left Bicep Pain, Stiffness And Swelling In Fingers?

Question: Thanks. I'm trying to determine what specialist, rather than my general practitioner, to see about the following:
numbness in feet, mainly left one, at night;
cramps in feet, toes, hamstrings, especially at night;
stiffness, some swelling, left index finger and a bit of same on right hand and other fingers (left index broken as teen);
Left shoulder pain and pain in left biceps. Feel a little pop as I lift arm, but I still have range of motion. And occasional pain (not severe) on left side of neck and into collar bone;
Sudden prickly, stinging pain in mid/upper back. Not deep, not exercise or muscle strain related - just happens and goes away eventually. (had shingles vaccine two years ago)
Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
