Brief Answer:
The numbness and heaviness are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The numbness and heaviness around the stitch line is a normal finding as the nerves in the area of stitches are injured. It takes a few weeks to heal.
The sagging belly is due to weak abdominal muscles and excessive fat. Tying a cotton cloth or a belt around the belly is not a solution and can cause the abdominal muscles to become even more weak. It is best to let the muscles regain their strength gradually. The sagging will gradually reduce to some extent in next 4-6 weeks. After that you can start with mild abdominal exercise to reduce it.

so even if due to excessive fat around my belly and it's sagging on my stitches the weight of my stomach won't affect my stitches??

Brief Answer:
It will not affect stitches.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The weight of the fat and abdomen will not affect the stitches. It will rather press on the horizontal stitch line. Please do not worry.
Hope my answer is helpful.
