Brief Answer:
Consult doctor /hospital immedietly
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for query.
You said your had FRA(?FRACTURE) in neck ?means trauma then you should consult you neck surgeon urgently.
However symptoms of Rt sided hand numbness , tingling and uncontrollable tremor look are not fully explained by neck issue. You should consult emergency to rule out partial seizures and do at least Xrays of neck.
Hope I was able to answer your query. Whatever is the cause you need visit to hospital as soon as possible. Best of luck.

I had a radio frequency test, by way of a nerve block in my neck. If successful they would do the radio frequency rhizotomy. Is it at all normal to have my symptoms after a nerve block?
Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Yes then these symptoms indicate some sort of nerve root damage , which may be be temporary sometimes .
Tingling and numbness usually occur after such nerve block ,but third symptom (uncontrollable tremor) is unusual.
In any case you should consult treating doctor immediately.
