What Causes Numbness And Tingling On The Left Side Of The Face?

It needs further evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.
I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, it indicates a problem in the trigeminal nerve, which supplies the sensations over the face. In most cases, it could be a minor viral infection, and in that case, tingling and numbness would resolve in a few days. If the symptoms persist, we would need to investigate with MRI brain to exclude ischemia (lack of blood supply) or demyelination (damage to the covering of the nerves) of the pons region of brain (from where the trigeminal nerve originates).
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,
