What Causes Multiple Supra And Infratentorial Lesion With A Lesion In Cervical Spine?

There are numerous cerebral white matter lesions with a configuration consistent with demyelination. The majority of the lesions are situated in a peri ventricular distribution including around the trigone of the right lateral ventricle and temporal horns. Further lesions are identified in the posterior limb of the capsule and selenium of the corpus callosum. Infratentorial lesions are shown within the pons and middle cerebellar peduncles, medulla and the right cerebella hemisphere. None if these lessions demonstrate restricted diffusion. The the cervical spine there is a lesion situated in the cord of c3-4 Conclusion Multiple supra and infratentorial lesions together with a lesion in the cervical spine is consistent with demyelination. WHAT IS YOUR DIAGNOSES FROM THIS?

I read your question carefully and I understand your confusion in front of all those terms.
After reading the report carefully I believe it points definitely towards the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. It is a chronic disease, not life threatening, but because of accumulating brain lesions it creates increasing disability.

However there are these days many medications to slow down the disease progression and many patients lead quality lives. You need to be followed regularly by a neurologist.
