Brief Answer:
Primary treatment is rest and analgesic.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Primary treatment of cervical disc prolapse is rest to neck and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. If pain is severe then strong analgesic such as tramadol can be taken after consulting your doctor. Mecobalamine is helpful in reducing tingling and numbness. If pain is not relieved by this treatment of nearly 21 days then MRI is advisable and operative decompression is planned.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
