Brief Answer:
Neurological involvement to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Numbness and tingling in face, arms and legs may be related to damage of the peripheral nerves ( peripheral neuropathy ) by conditions such diabetes, viral infections, side effects of drugs, low vitamin B12 levels, alcohol intake, etc.

Other possible conditions may include stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc.

Headaches may be another sign of nervous system involvement by above mentioned condition, or may be primary headaches.

However, getting evaluated by your primary care Doctor and by appropriate tests in order to get a correct diagnosis of your condition.

A neurological consultation may be also necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
