Brief Answer:
The above symptoms denote that your Left Trigeminal Nerve is involved.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand that you have
1. Numbness in Left Side of Face
2. Tingling Sensation in Left Side of Face
3. Watering of Left Eye
These happen once in a while
There is no slurring of Speech and you can speak Fine
You have altered sensation in Neck and Jaw too

The above symptoms denote that your Left Trigeminal Nerve is involved.

The involvement can be due to
1. Infection of the Ganglion by Viruses like Zoster
2. Vascular loops at the Root Entry Zone of the Nerve
3. Any Space Occupying lesion like Epidermoid, Trigeminal Schwannoma

To Proceed Further
We Need to do
1. Clinical Examination
2. MRI Brain

If it is infection, this can be treated with drugs
Vascular Loops at Root Entry Zone can be managed with Percutaneous injection or Radio Frequency Ablation
Space Occupying Lesions like Epidermoid may require Surgery

I would suggest you to consult a Neurosurgeon at the earliest

Hope you found the answer helpful.
