What Causes Numbness In Ankles Along With Trouble Sleeping?
Question: have numbness in both ankles. have seen specialist / he says basic wear and tear , but very annoying

1.Duration of suffering?
2.Do you smoke and have chronic disease like diabetes/thyroid/Gastritis ?
This could well be the sign of neuropathy (disease of nerve ).
My suggestion would be to have -
1.Blood test for vitamin B12 and D.
2.Have vitamin B12 rich diet along with shots/pill of vitamin B12.
