Question: Had taken diet pills yesterday. Feel better but legs still feel week and my butt and penis and balls feel almost numb why is this
Brief Answer:
Some questions for you
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I am sorry you are feeling numbness.
Can you tell me specifically the ingredients that are in the diet pills you took so that I can look up their side effects and duration of action.
Also, in the areas that you described feeling numb, if you touch them with the end of an opened paper clip or a pen/pencil tip, are you able to feel it. If you brush them lightly with a facial tissue or light brush can you feel it?
Thanks - more information to follow.

Brief Answer:
The numbness should resolve gradually
Detailed Answer:
Wow, that is a lot of stimulants in one pill. Almost all of the ingredients listed are forms of stimulants. It may take a couple of days until you feel more yourself again, but I expect your nervous system will return to normal including resolution of the numbness. You may feel fatigued for a few days after it is all out of your system while your body recovers from so much stimulation.
I am more concerned about your having a hard time urinating right now. This may be from being dehydrated from the stimulants, but these drugs can also cause urinary retention - where there is urine in the bladder but it is hard to urinate. If your bladder is feeling very full but you have not been able to urinate for several hours, then do go in to be seen. This effect will get better gradually as the effects of the pill wears off.
Be sure during this time not to have any stimulants such as coffee, black tea, chocolate, cola drinks, or cold remedy medicines (with phenylephrine or pseudo ephedrine) These will make the symptoms worse and take longer for you to recover.
I hope this helps.

Question
Detailed Answer:
I wouldn't expect this to be permanent, but we won't know for sure until a little time passes. It sounds like you are already improving somewhat?
I didn't realize you had taken more than 1 pill. Over what period of time did you take the 6-8, and did you have any of these symptoms previously or did they start after having taken a certain number of them?

Brief Answer:
Another opinion
Detailed Answer:
So you haven't had symptoms from them in 1 1/2 - 2 weeks but then the jitteriness and numbness came on last night.
From the experience I've had when people have had nervous system and cardiac symptoms from weight loss products such as ephedra, the symptoms have worn off in about 3 days. I don't have experience with the particular product you used. I am thinking it would be a good idea to get the opinion of a neurologist.
The way to do that on this site is to post your question as a new question, explaining what was in the product, how long you took it for, and what symptoms you are having and for how long. To get a neurologist to answer, write at the beginning of the question "For Neurologist Only". The moderator will tag it for a neurologist to answer. It might take a while to get an answer but my guess is you will probably get an answer tonight.
If tomorrow your numbness and possible urinary retention are no better, then do go in to be seen. But I expect your symptoms will gradually and completely resolve.
