Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
I have gone through your medical history. Thanks for a concise, well written summary.
If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with these complaints,I would have advised you to :
1)Continue your ongoing treatment
2)Start doing some mental relaxation exercises/yoga/meditation to reduce conscious or subconscious anxiety levels.
4)Get an Electrocardiogram(ECG) done and analysed by a physician/cardiologist.
3)Keep observing yourself,if such numbness happens again.
Actually, the kind of transient numbness you had, which improved on moving the fingers faster is unlikely due to some pathology. It is most likely due to anxiety or some kind of a somatization. If so,it will improve with mental relaxation exercises/meditation.
Missed beats should be evaluated by getting one Electrocardiogram(ECG) done.A cardiologist review can be taken for this.
Meanwhile, I advise you to continue your current medicines.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have some follow up queries,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.
