What Causes Numbness In Hands While Sleeping?

default
Posted on Tue, 30 Jun 2015
Question: My hands fall asleep when I am sleeping. I used to be able to move and stop it, but now it's keeping me awake at night. That has been going on for about 4 years and getting worse as time goes on. Also, sometimes my left side of my left foot seems to be numb but that goes away after a while.
