Brief Answer:
Concur with the ER doctors; still recommend ruling out others

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on the provided information, I too concur with the possibility of a nerve being pinched or directly injured during either the fall or when you were in the process of rising up from the fall.

If this were the case, you would/could have the numbness and tingling sensation, which will be temporary and should not recur. In time your injury shall completely recover.

I am not sure whether the panic attack accompanied the fall sir, as I do not see any signs of a panic attack at all.

I am glad an elaborate cardiac profile was conducted and completely ruled out, this is certainly reassuring. I would however also recommend going about a few other investigations to rule out other causes that can cause numbness/tingling-like sensation like blood glucose profile, vitamins B12 level, etc.

I hope you find my response helpful and informative sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
No it wouldn't have sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Were you advised to take aspirin everytime you had a panic attack? Because it does nothing to help relieve the symptoms, so please speak to a psychiatrist for accurate medications.

As for the tests, they should be unaltered with aspirin use and should have reported accurate results sir.

I hope this helps. Please do not ever hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
