Question: I have numbness in my penis since last 15 days? What

Hi, it remains senseless and feels like a piece of rubber. It doesn't get aroused automatically when for example I sleep with my wife. There is urge of sex but since it's senseless am avoiding.
I was sexually very active but since two weeks my penis has become senseless. Haven't masturbated since 10 days but I checked yesterday it became erected during that time and then imdtly again senseless.
