When I start to walk
It hurts but then seams to get better. Hurts the most when standing still or sitting. Numbness in toes instantly gets worst when leaning forward. Pain has been with me for 2-weeks now.

Based on your clinical details, this is likely lumbosacral spinal degeneration. I would suggest you to get a MRI of Lumbo-sacral spine.Meanwhile, the following medications may be started-
Tab pregabalin-M(75) once a day
Tab duloxetine 30 mg once a day
Tab Shelcal once a day
