What Causes Numbness In Toe, Heaviness In Arms And Back Pain?

You may be having nerve compression in spine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having a nerve compression in back which is causing numbness in your foot along with back pain. Before I advised you about this I would like to advise about your other problems as well.
1.If there is a pituitary gland adenoma then it needs to be treated. It should not be ignored as it can cause serious complication. Your shaking hand and heaviness can be due to that. So you need to start treatment for this as soon as possible.
2.Neck making cracking sound is not a serious issue as it is not causing any pain. You can ignore that. It is seen in normally also.
Your sudden weight lifting has causes a disc herniation and that is causing back pain with leg pain and foot numbness. X ray which was done in emergency is not a good test as it does not show any nerve compression.
To confirm nerve compression you need to get MRI of the spine. It will tell extent and site of disc herniation and nerve compression. According to that further management can be planned. As you are having decrese sensation so i would suggest you to get MRI as soon as possible.
Till you get your MRI I would suggest you to take Pregabalin M tablet at night time. Do not do travelling or forward bending. Brufen can be taken for pain relief.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

MRI can be done with out going to emergency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
MRI is not possible through emergency. You can contact your general doctor and tell him that you are having sudden sensation loss of the feet. He will help you. MRI is not a test done in emergency.
