Numbness of toes although is uncomfortable during walking is really not a diability to be very upset about as you have had already many spinal injections and surgery and it may not progress further if one avoids smoking,keeps sugar levels normal if is a diabetic, takes methycobalamin and Bcomplex group of vitamins daily and uses physical therapy and exercises toes punctually
