Question: I have these occasional bumps that appear under my armpit about once every 1-2 months. They are about the size of a marble and usually stay for about a week.

Is this something I should be concerned about??

Brief Answer:
It could be a mild infection or some lymph node swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
These bumps are they painful or have some kind of discharge?
If yes then it could be Hidradenitis suppurativa.
If not then it would probably be lymph node swellings.
What you need to do is get it examined by your GP or a Surgeon when these bumps appear. Without examining it is very difficult to say what they might be. We can only assume possibilities. Confirmation can only be by examination and probably an FNAC test. In this test they put a small needle inside the lump and aspirate cells which are then examined under a microscope to see what is inside the lump.
Therefore get examined and then only can any treatment be initiated.
Take care and do not worry. It does not seem to be anything sinister.
