Brief Answer:
Tendonitis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Most probable reason for your symptoms could be tendonitis of wrist and hand as you put a lot of stress on your wrist. The lump that you noticed can be a ganglion cyst.

Medications like methylcobalamin and analgesics will reduce pain. If pain is severe a neurotropic like pregabalin can be added, you can take them after consulting your doctor.

Some exercises which can be done after pain has reduced include- wrist rotation, elbow movement, shoulder rotation, neck rotation, and fist open and close.
You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
I hope this answers your query.

Extending my pinky, ring, and middle finger hurt, it feels tight/painful in my wrist when I extend them from a fist. Does this change anything?
