Brief Answer:
Strategical.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry about your suffering. If it was diagnosed as Vulvodynia by specialist then it is difficult for any doctor to treat.
It involves various treatment strategies.
Were you prescribed any local estrogen cream and anesthetic creams for immediate pain relief. I see you are already on anti depressants and steroids, and they seem not working. Ask your doctor for local anesthetic cream high dose like lignocaine.
Massage therapy really helps along with biofeedback by physical therapist. You should try this. It takes time but over a long period this works for most and no side effects.

Talk to counselors as well. Finally nerve block at the spinal cord helps anesthetizing the area can be worked.

You should only seek help from Pain Medicine specialists.
