Urinary tract infection and/or vaginal infection..
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the question and thank you for visiting our site.
First of all, pain with urination, burning and urgency all are symptoms of a bladder infection. This is easily evaluated and treated by your doctor. They can obtain a urine sample and start you on a medication if the urine sample looks infected.
Second, the vaginal symptoms are consistent with inflammation of the very sensitive skin around the vagina and the most common cause of this are vaginal yeast infections. Given the extensive involvement of the skin on the outside, the best treatment is an oral medication called Diflucan.
So, in summary, you sound like you might have two separate problems that are easily evaluated and treated. This answer gives you a framework to think about this problem as you proceed with getting seen.
I hope that this helps and good luck!
