Brief Answer:
Please don’t use q tips

Detailed Answer:
Hello

It is not possible to tell if you have a perforated ear drum without examining you, however i would strongly advise you to stop using Q tips as you are constantly damaging the ear canal which is causing the bleeding.

The fullness in the ear is most likely due to swelling of the external auditory canal and will come down once the swelling subsides.

Amoxicillin is a good antibiotic and I would suggest that you continue the same.

In addition I would like you to start using ciprofloxacin-D ear drops 2 drops four times a day and avoid taking a head bath. You can get is by primary doctor prescription.

If you do not feel better in 2-3 days or it worsens, then I would like you to meet your ent doctor for examination and further advice.

Take care!
