Brief Answer:
It seems like a mild small intestinal infection. Please do investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thanks for your question.
Since when is the pain?
Do you have any nausea or vomiting?
Any fever or weight loss? Have your clothes become loose?
I suggest you get examined by a Surgeon who would be able to tell you as to what is suspected.
You should get an Ultrasound abdomen done which could guide us to the diagnosis.
You could most likely be suffering from some lymph node enlargement in the abdomen near the small intestines.
Please get investigations done including blood investigations like CBC, LFTs and RFTs and do let me know.
I would be able to help you onnce investigation reports are available and please let me know the answer to the questions I asked.
Take care and do let me know if there are queries on this issue.

Brief Answer:
Take Isabgol or Lactulose.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
Im not aware of any home remedies.
You could take a high fibre diet and lots of fluids.
You could buy Isabgol husk which is available in sachets and have one XXXXXXX every night or you could take Syrup Lactulose and take 20ml every night after dinner and you would feel better.
How is your appetite?
You should get examined to rule out Appendicitis.
Take care and do let me know how I can help you further.
