What Causes Pain And Itching Sensation Around Anal Area?
Question: Doctor I have always pain in lower back spinel their is always pain itching and swelling in and around anus and burning sensation, while urination i filling burning sensation, urine part (penis) is always wet and always feel shrinking.

1) Do you have painful ejaculation ?
2) Have you done any investigations ? Post report if you have
The symptoms that you have are mostly due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis)and need to be investigated .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen examination and semen culture .
In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .
Ensure to drink more water This will help to control dysuria .
Ensure to avoid sexual activities till it gets cured completely.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

u asking me some question i am giving the awnser
Yes I have painful ejaculation & i cant understand why the urine part (penis) shrinking , its not in normal size , please give the medecine to release the urine part to keep it in normal size.
Still i have not done any investigation about prostate and prostatitie probleme i will do the investigation from urolagist. and sending the copy of investigation.
