Hello

I am very sorry for your brother situation

According to the history the hypoxia is due to extrapulmonary causes and the lung function is normal. This is a good thing for him.
He can take oxygen at home nasal route and it might help his situation or probably CPAP for some time.

Please discuss with his doctor for the above

Take care

Regards

Dr.Jolanda
