Brief Answer:
I will advise clinical examination and relevant X ray accordingly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case history.

Due to fall there can be injury to bone so I will advise clinical examination and relevant X ray accordingly.

If there is fracture in bone then it is difficult to walk on it
Clinical examination is important to rule out joint ligament injury

For these symptoms analgesic like paracetemol and chymotrypsin medication can be started.

Another possibility of associated weakness which can be confirmed by clinical examination checking basic parameters.
