Brief Answer:
psoriasis of the glans
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
I am sorry to hear that you are having pain or sensitivity to the glans of you penis. This is probably a condition called Psoriasis of the glans. It is a condition where you get thin skin and hypersensitive skin of the head of the penis. This is a benign condition. Usual treatment is a low dose steroid cream like hydrocortisone. This will stop the sensitivity and prevent any rash from forming. If the OTC hydrocortisone does not help then a high strength steroid cream maybe needed. Which you need to get from your medical provider
