Brief Answer:
Please send reports and see a Vascular Surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Since when do you have DVT and when did you have PE? How was it treated? please send me relevant reports if you have them with you.
Coumarin or Warfarin for six months is the usual correct treatment for these conditions with a regular INR titration between 2 and 3. If that is in range then you need not worry.
If there is increased swelling there could be an increase or propagation of the thrombus.
I suggest you see a Vascular Surgeon and get a Color Doppler of the venous system repeated to check recent status. Treatment will however remain more or less the same.
Do not worry and you should be fine ultimately.
I usually advice Compression stockings class II to be worn at all times and limb to be kept elevated above the heart level. This should be able to get the swelling down. Take care and do let me know if there are other queries.
