What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Elbow While On Indomethacin?
Question: Morning...My son has been prescribed Indomethacin 25 mg caps, one every three hours for his gout arthritis, which has moved into his elbow now. It says it takes up to 4 weeks to notice any relief. He's been taking advil. Also, can ice packs on his elbow help with swelling, and/or pain? He is 31 yrs old, 5'9", 250 lbs if that helps.
