Brief Answer:
She is having Cellulitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pictures.
It looks like Cellulitis, i. e, infection of skin and subcutaneous tissue of the lower limbs.
Colour doppler examination of both lower limbs have to be done to exclude Venous disease, particularly Deep vein thrombosis.
The infection is severe in your mother's case. She needs appropriate Antibiotic.
I prescribe Antibiotic Linezolid 600mg twice daily after food, anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints. Lower limbs should be kept elevated.
Please consult your doctor immediately and proceed further. If he asks for admission, please admit her so that Antibiotics can be given intravenously. If the infection spreads, she may go into Septicaemia
Nothing to worry.
It will take some time, but will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish her speedy recovery.
Regards
