Question: Hello Dr.,
I have got swelling and lot of pain inside my right nostril since past 3 days.
attached is the image of the same from inside of the nose.
can you please suggest what could be this and any medication to get some relief and cure...

It is simple folliculitis and is common in people who regularly pick their nose.
Just take antibiotic amoxclav three times a day for 5 days and it will be fine.
Take diclofenac tablet for pain relief in case severe.
