Brief Answer:
it is due to inflammation in wrist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I haves studied your case. Pain and swelling in wrist is due to inflammation. As you said that there was some pressure 20 days back so it can be due to that. I would suggest you following.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Tablet Brufen 400 mg or tablet Advil one daily.
3.Volitran ointment local application twice daily.
4.Compression bandage
5.In case pain is not controlled in next 15 days you need to get MRI to see if there is any fluid collection in the joint.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Pain on movement suggest fluid in joints

Detailed Answer:
Hello, pain on movement is suggestive of
fluid collection in joint. When fluid volume is small that time swelling is not visible. Continue treatment as I advised. As I told you that if pain is not improved with medication then you need to get MRI of the wrist and may be a steroid injection in joint can help.
Thanks
