Brief Answer:
Nervous system issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Hear issues is not the case for sure.
Such symptom is a nerve related problem. There must be some compression of upper right limb nerve. Such compression can be located in the spine, elbow or wrist.
Most commonly compression appears in the wrist what is called carpal tunnel syndrome. Due to medial nerve compression you can get symptoms including tingling and pain of first 3 fingers which radiates to arm or even neck. The pain gets stronger during the night. When you compare both hands, muscles around thumb are smaller in the affected limb.
Elbow nerve entrapment give mostly elbow pain which radiates to the arm. Last finger (small finger) is usually affected.

Spine nerve compression gives whole arm tingling and pain. Headache and neck pain are very characteristic as well.

I suggest you to consult neurologist with this problem. Spine MRI should be done for spine diagnostics. Carpal tunnel syndrome and elbow nerve entrapment should be diagnosed with an ultrasound and EMG.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Do treatment options exist for possible diagnoses of carpal tunnel, spinal compression or elbow nerve entrapment assuming a neurologist diagnoses any of these conditions? If so please explain.

Brief Answer:
Yes, all this issues can be treated with surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Yes. Every mentioned issue can be treated with surgery.
Carpal tunnel syndrome is treated with small incision made on the palm. The aim is to cut fibrous tissue and release the nerve.
Same situation is with elbow entrapment.
If its about spine issue, physical therapy would be the first step in treatment. If this wont help, than you should consult neurosurgeon and consider surgical intervention.
