What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In Upper Arm?

Question: It feels like I have been punched in my upper left arm. There is no tingling, just a sensation of having been punched. It comes and goes, and hurts more sometimes than others for about a month now. I am 52 years old and obese, non-smoker.

Do you have any axillary swelling or lymph nodes that are tender
Do you have a family history of breast cancer or any other malignancy
Have you had a breast examination or mammogram or ultrasound of breast done recently
What medications are you currently using currently
Is there associated swelling of the arm
