What Causes Pain And Weakness In Arms, Legs, Sleeping Difficulty And Fever?
Question: Hello sir from the last 4 5 days having pain and weakness in arms and legs couldn't eat n sleep properly my grandfather died was busy there and lil bit feverish feeling what to do and noticed this in mouth what it could be sir?

Anyway, you need not get concerned. Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits as they contain plenty of potassium which helps in proper contraction of muscles. If required, you may take paracetamol or acetaminophen to help you deal with the malaise.
I have gone through the attached image. There are saliva secreting glands below our tongue and if due to any reason the outlet gets jammed, the secretions may collect inside giving rise to the swelling that can be observed. Nothing needs to be done as of now. It is only if it grows too big that a simple aspiration (drawing the contents with a needle) would be needed.
