Your symptoms are not related to any type of sexually transmitted infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can understand your concern for the various problems you have enumerated in your query.
After diligently analyzing each and every point let me reassure you first that none of your symptoms are related to any type of sexually transmitted infection.
Taking all your problems one by one :
For the symptoms of pain around penis and testicles: Most commonly such kind of pain is present in mild urinary tract infection. In that case if it is sexaully transmitted infection then we find some discharge from penis or redness over the glans penis area. In your case the good evidence of your clear status is the urine examination and kidney function tests. Had there been any infection then you would have had in the reports.
For the part of pain around hips and lower back: this can occur due to our sitting posture and are not related to any STD as such.
For your mouth symptoms: the most common of the STD in mouth is herpes. We find small vesicles and lot of pain around the mouth in herpes. You can get that you don't have any such symptoms.
After the analysis of all the symptoms it appears that you are quite stressed regarding the possibility of any STD in yourself. I quite often counsel your kind of cases where such type of symptoms are experienced by the person. If you have any anxiety for the same then can send the complete history of any recent exposure so that I can guide you best for the same.

Detailed Answer:
Dear young fellow,
Welcome back and thanks a lot for your swift follow up with the details. I have again analyzed each and every point with best diligence. I am empathetic to all your sufferings and try my best to help you out in the same.
After analyzing the complete situation let me reassure you first that none of your symptoms are related to the kissing episode. In terms of STDs the basic one to get is herpes.
As I already enumerated the various symptoms of herpes and you don't have had any of these symptoms of any sores preceded by vesicles. So the part of STDs is totally out.
Now for the present symptoms: These appears to be more so with a systemic complaints rather than a STD. If I were your treating doctor then would have examined you thoroughly and then accordingly gone for the most relevant tests.
A basic of the approach is to go for complete blood counts and serum biochemistry and few important other tests as per the examination. It will give an idea if there is any internal ongoing infection.
I suggest you to meet a doctor in person, get yourself examined and if required get tested for relevant tests.
I reassure you fully that there is no point of considering any STD in your case. So just relax and don't worry.

Low level of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 can be important cause.
Detailed Answer:
Dear young fellow,
Welcome back and thanks for your follow up with pictures and other details. You are most welcome to get the guidance and I can feel your level of anxiety for your health condition.
I have analyzed all the pictures and reassure you again that there is no point in considering any STD as the cause. There is no picture of legs or hip area. So kindly upload a picture of the between legs and hip area for the analysis.
Your treating doctor is quite correct that the pain in testicles could be due to lower back issues. It is due to the fact that the nerves traverses from vertebral column to lower down. Therefore there can be compression of the nerves causing lower back pain as well as pain in nearby areas along with testicles.
In modern life style we have wrong posture of sitting and lack of exercises. You can discuss these points with your treating doctor.
For the part of mouth issue: your all the investigations are quite normal and in that situation we give a diagnosis of Non specific stomatitis. In such cases I prefer to give Folic acid and other vitamin B complexes containing vitamin B12. A low level of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 can be important cause of all these kind of symptoms.
I suggest you to ask your doctor to review your problems from this angle.
My all best wishes for your early recovery.

Welcome back and thanks a lot for your further follow up.
In case if you are not able to get Vitamin B 12 level test done then in such kind of situation there is no harm in taking the same. It is basically a guide way to know the level of improvement in a person having low vitamin B 12 level.
For the part of lymph node swelling: There doesn't appear to be any swelling as per the pictures. At the fold between thigh area we usually also find lymph node selling in normal person also. SO do not get worried for the same.
For the part of thin black line over the area: In such kind of situation a mild fungal infection if the most common cause. I suggest my patients to apply a plane anti fungal cream such as Clotrimazole over the affected area. An antihistamine tablet such as Des-loratadine can be taken for the irritation.
