What Causes Pain Around Testicles And Penis?
Question: Pain around penis and testicles, feeling of something similar when we hold urine for long for not finding toilet. I also ger pain around hips and lower back. Pain will be alwayd and usually more during night while sleeping. Some times only pain at left side and some times only hips and lover back and sometimes all at once. Also have a oral lession that i feel my whole skin inside mouth is numb and feels little rough inside cheek and behind lips. No bleeding but bitter tatse in mouth when nothing in mouth. It happens for few days 2-3 days and goes away for week and comes back. I really got pissed of tied of visiting doctors please help. 1. Got it checked for kidney functions all is normal no infection no stones ultrasound is normal also creatinine and albumin. Urine doesnt have any infection No Sugar too. what could be cause ?? tgis mouth problem is from past 2

Hello Doc , Thanks for your detailed answer and we will discuas each symtom in detail. I never had any kind if sex ever(even not oral). But six months back a girl kissed me deeply in party whom i dont know. It was deep smooch. Any STDs pass throw kiss ? If Yes does my symptoms match ?i.e lession inside mouth and pain around testicle and hip and lower back ?. mouth usually feels very bitter for 2-3 days and comes bacl to normal. and during this period i dont have any pain or bleeiding in mouth but i feel skin inside my mouth something different. Its like more in the morning when i get up. its fully better and feels like i was holding some water or liquid in mouth over night. and reagarding next symptoms we will discuss later. Brief Back Ground : Problem started 3 months back with cough and fever during which i took oflaxicin and ornidazole antibiotic for 2 days and aftrr which my mouth taste became worst and symptoms startex one by one. Intially i had only mouth problem for last 2 months and recently thia paim around testicles and back pain . Please help

Hello Doctor, I have attached few pics please have a look at. Yes i went to 2-3 doctors and consulted for same. and many tests are done. 1. Blood tests , urine test , endoacopy to something is wrong in stomach or any infection inside throat and all. got tested for thyroid, vitamin d. Different metals like potasium soldium and complete blood test blood differential count. I wi attach all reports. at the end doctor said its non specific stomatisis and gave tretment to it and it didnt improve fully. Please find pics of mouth p

HE CONCLUDED saying pain i testiclea is due to lower back pain. Is it possible that lower back pain moves down towards testicles. Therefore there can be compression of the nerves causing lower back pain as well as pain in nearby areas along with testicles.

Hello Doctor , Ok thank you my vit D is low accoding to test reports its not deficicient but insufficient curretnly i am in germany and no sun here from past 6 months and also i am vegiterian. Yes i discussed regarding this with my doctor and he says vitamin deficency is seen only in XXXXXXX contriea where there is no food but in XXXXXXX i dont think vitamin deficiancy cause. If suppose if you feel vit B12 with folic acid can help. Can i take vitamin B Complex + folic acid suppliments. These suppilemnts i will get here in germany without prescription. If you feel tgis helps and taking suppliments has less side effecrs then i will take it. and regarding pics i have reattached pics of area between legs and hip

Hello Doctor , Thank you so much it gives me confidence mentaly. I have attached few more pics of leg and hip area and i feel burning sensation there and a thin line exactly at the corner looks blackish and skin also breks if i enlarge it. Can i apply something there to treat it. ? is it hearmful take vita b12 without tests becuase in germamy they wont test without prescription.
