Brief Answer:
NEED WORKUP, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Do you smoke, drink or have any addictions to speak of ?
As such, mild aches and pains are part of this peri menopause to menopausal transition.
You could be having excessive gastritis.
You should avoid eating oily, spicy, greasy food.
Also, do not lie down for atleast 2 - 3 hours after eating.
Eat mild, bland home made food, drink lots of water.
Why were you given antibiotics, what was the diagnosis made at that time ?
Regarding your periods, most women DO experience menopause by 58, but sometimes, it runs in families and can be late.
When was your last period .
You should have a gynecological evaluation - a per vaginum and per speculum checkup and a pelvic ultrasound will confirm that there is nothing abnormal going on.
MEasuring the hormones FSH, LH and serum estradiol will tell you how far or near you are to menopause.
Get your calcium and vitamin D levels as well as TSH levels tested - sometimes abnormalities in these levels can cause generalized aches and pains.
Take care.

DO YOU HAVE PERIODS OR NOT?

Well if you stopped having your periods, then you are in menopause.
