What Causes Pain Behind Eyes And Dizziness?
Question: I have a problem with my head and eyes which started some time ago but has got progressively worse. I have had various blood tests also had my eyes retested this year, so glasses OK. But this is worse in morning. I get dizzy intermittently. My eyes are painful. Have you any ideas?

Dear I can understand your concern.The sign and symptoms you have mentioned could be because of medicine as side effect.
As atorvastatin can cause muscle pain,tiredness;drowsiness and (headache).Venlafaxine can cause (dizziness),loss of appetite;sleep deprivation etc.
I would suggest you to get lipid profile done first and discuss with the treating doctor to stop the atorvastatin and see any change in the symptoms .Dizziness can be caused by venlafaxine ,I would suggest stop venlafaxine for sometime and discuss with your treating doctor as if it needs to change the group of antideppressant?
It is good that reports came normal ,so better to rule out the common causes , as side effect of the medicines.
