What Causes Pain Between Scrotum And Anus?

Question: Hello. I am a 44 year old male and the last month I've been having pain in the area between my scrotum and anus. The pain goes away for a couple of days and then returns. I notice bending makes it worse. Also, last night I also noticed a burning sensation during ejaculation. Thanks.
