Brief Answer:
You are likely to be having L 4-L5 disc prolapse.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having L4-L5 disc prolapse. Treatment of it is rest in lateral position with both hips and knees flexed . Analgesic such as ibuprofen are useful in pain relief. Mecobalamine is helpful in relieving neuralgic pain. Bladder involvement may also be due to disc prolapse. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
